Objective: In Step U1 of upper receiver assembly, we will install the upper receiver into a vice block and vice.

Instructions:
Step U1.1: Attach Vice Block to Lower Receiver
NOTE: If you are using Wheeler Universal Upper Receiver Block, you will be working upside-down while your upper is mounted in the vice.
Install the upper receiver onto the upper receiver vice block per the vice block manufacturer’s instructions.
Step U1.2: Install Vice Block into Vice
Secure the vice block in the bench vice.
