PBA Assemblies and Build Kits: Relaunching Q1 2026

We’re re-engineering every PBA weapon system — not for the sake of novelty, but for performance, precision, and purpose.

Our PBA Assemblies program will return in Q1 2026 with a fully re-designed lineup built from the ground up to reflect our mission and commitment to continuous improvement.

Why the Relaunch?

Our legacy assemblies were built upon industry-standard platforms — proven, rugged, and trusted in harsh conditions. But we knew we could do better.

So, we started over.

We revisited every interface, tolerance, and material specification. We partnered with elite machine shops capable of achieving our demanding standards. The result is a family of weapon systems that stay true to the PBA philosophy: reliability through engineering discipline, not gimmicks.

What’s Changing

  • Redesigned Platforms — new upper receivers, lower receivers, and handguards with geometry built for precision and durability.
  • Expanded Duty & Defense Line — refinement and expansion of our highest performing line to suit the most demanding professional users.
  • Refined Production Partners — partnerships with machine shops whose tolerances match our obsession with perfection.
  • Streamlined Build-to-Order Model — see below for details on how to reserve your build slot.

What’s Not Changing

The core operating system that defines PBA reliability remains intact.

We don’t chase trends that compromise performance for the sake of marketing appeal. The mechanical heart of the PBA platform stays as proven as ever — only now, it resides in a more evolved frame.

When Will Assemblies and Build Kits Be Available Again?

We anticipate our product relaunch in Q1 2026.

This process is deliberate and exacting — from CAD to QC sign-off — including:

  • New technical documentation and inspection standards
  • An exhaustive and uncompromising search for capable manufacturing partners
  • ATF variance processing and compliance steps
  • Prototype evaluation and endurance testing
  • Premier production and inspection, with full traceability

We move at the speed of precision, not hype.

How to Reserve a Build Slot

When our assemblies relaunch, we’ll be introducing a new build-slot ordering system:

  • Weekly Drop Slots: A limited number of assembly build slots will be released each week. Subscribers will receive email and text notifications the moment slots open. Once sold out, the next opportunity arrives the following week.
  • Secure Build Slots: Prefer guaranteed scheduling? Prepay your build fee and lock in the next available slot. You can reschedule up to two times.

Legacy Owners

If you own a legacy PBA weapon, nothing changes — and nothing ever will.

Every system we’ve built remains fully supported. If an issue arises, we’ll make it right. Period.

Relaunch FAQs

Why are you re-engineering your product lines?

Because “good enough” is never good enough. Our legacy systems performed flawlessly, but we saw opportunities to refine tolerances, improve materials, and integrate new machining capabilities that elevate overall performance and consistency over industry standards.

What’s changing?

We’re transitioning to fully in-house-spec designs and expanding our Duty & Defense lineup. Expect new receivers, improved fitment, upgraded materials, and an evolved production model.

What isn’t changing?

Our core operating system — the same DI heart that defines PBA reliability — remains untouched. We don’t chase piston fads, exotic materials, or flashy finishes that reduce service life and reliability.

When will products be available again?

Target: Q1 2026. Between design finalization, ATF variance approvals, prototyping, testing, and production, quality takes time.

How will ordering work?

You’ll secure assemblies through weekly or prepaid build slots. Notifications go to subscribers first — join the list above.

I own a legacy PBA assembly. What happens now?

We’ve got your back — always. Support, service, and satisfaction remain our highest priority.
